Mykonos island, Cyclades, Greece
Within a distance of 2,5 km from Mykonos Town, there is Korfos bay, one of the most popular spots for kite surf lovers in Mykonos. Korfos bay has turned out to be the ideal location for this adventurous sport, offering the right weather conditions for the training process. All summer long from May to October the Meltemi blows loyal and faithful with up to 6Bft inside Kalafatis Bay. You can go for a ride in flat to choppy waters, or even perform some air tricks in the small waves before the Fishermen's Village. Naxos promises a steady wind and this is more suited for freestyle and slalom. Further offshore, the wind is strong allowing for some swell.

Parthena Beach, in the bay of Mikri Vigla about 17 km southwest of Naxos Town. The bay boasts some of the strongest winds in the Cycladic islands. Regular winds and sparkling waters are ideal for kite surfing and windsurfing.
Last but not least in long and sandy Plaka beach, in west Naxos, an ideal setting for all levels of windsurfers is provided.

In the bay of Ixia, on the west coast of Rhodes, is counted among the top class surfing destinations in the Aegean. The water is flat in the morning, but towards noon, wind speeds pick up and by afternoon, the winds create huge swells and transform the area into a hot spot for freestylers and racers!

The bay is known in the windsurfing fraternity for its extraordinary local wind phenomenon. The variation in wind strength and wind direction over the course of the day makes it perfect for both novice and the expert surfers. Mornings are ideal for beginners, as the sea is calm and flat and the wind is light and breezy. On the other hand, the afternoons are for the wild surfers who want to cut across the howling cross-shore wind and perform a few risky bumps and stunts.
Agios Ioannis, one of the most beautiful and famous kite surfing destinations in Europe. The beach has a 5km –stretch without any trees, and therefore offers lots of space to launch your kite. In summer, the water is flat with a bit of chop. The big waves in winter make it great for some great wave riding.
