STEP 1
Please be wise to give us your inquiry (at least) with following info:
1. Charter period
2. Yacht type or yacht size (in length or capacity)
3. The sailing area you wish to sail.

STEP 2
Within few hours, we will give you the availability of our yachts and specific offers including all yacht details, prices, etc.

STEP 3
Our offers will be complete. In any case please get back to us if you need any further information. In case you find our offers interesting, please get back to us and ask for an option. An option will be kept then from us, on a specific offer, that usually lasts one week. During this period you have to confirm your flights and travel details.

STEP 4
You have then to confirm by e-mail to us your booking. A Reservation Form will be send to you. You will be asked to sign it and send it back to us.

STEP 5
We will then mail to you the final contracts signed by the company. You will be then asked to deposit the agreed downpayment of the charter, sign all copies of the final contracts and mail to us one copy. The booking is now complete.

AND THEN?
You will have the time to organize your trip arrangements. Please contact us if you need any help with that. We can provide you with many services in order to make your trip, your cruise and your stay in our base.

We will provide all information needed such as:
• Base information and contacts.
• Forms of Crew List, Provisions, etc.
We will ask you following information:
• Crew List.
Arrival info (arrival day, time, flight, airport, etc).
Copies of sailing licenses.
• Passports copies
• Orders of any optional extras needed.


Upon your Arrival
Your yacht will be ready to go when you arrive. Provisions, ice, fuel and water on board, engine running, all you need do is slip your lines and start your vacation. We provide a fully-equipped galley, complete sets of linens and towels. Some of our yachts include bimini top, spray hood, battery charger, teak deck, autopilot, etc. Any other needs you may have can be provided.

Chart Briefing. Before you sail away, we'll give you a detailed chart briefing on your cruising area. You'll know where to find the best anchorages, restaurants and beaches and be able to navigate with confidence.

Yacht Briefing - We will then give you a thorough briefing on your yacht, its operation and the equipment aboard.

One Day Skipper - You'll also have the option of having an experienced skipper who will accompany you for the first afternoon to familiarize you with the operation of your yacht.

Charters schedule Yachts’ charters begin and end Saturdays for multiples of seven days. In the low season period however, this may be flexible and there could be some exceptions always depending on yachts availability.

Always charters begin at 17:00 hrs on the first day. In case we can deliver the yacht earlier – without compromising our standards – we will do so, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Charters end at 09:00 on the last day of charter. Usually our clients return to Istion bases the evening before, (normally Friday) sleep on board and depart around 09:00 hrs on Saturday morning, giving us time to have the yacht prepared and in perfect working condition for the next charter.
