In case we will need further information to fully understand the details of your inquiry we will contact you back. It will be also nice to have a chat with you.
This will help to clear out many points. We will then work on the above and send you our proposals. Our proposal and offer statement will be complete
and detailed. In case you have any questions, we will be glad to give you additional information. When you are close to book a yacht charter, it will be
good to contact us and ask us to place the chosen yacht on hold for you. We will offer you a period of 7 days to make your travel arrangements.

Charter contract, invoice and payment instruction will follow your final confirmation.


Payments:
A down payment will secure your reservation. Final payment of the charter fee is due 3-4 weeks prior to your arrival.
Getting closer to the starting date you will receive details for the contact person, yacht location, etc.

Prior to your arrival:
We will need all your arrival information and complete list of your requirements (transfers, hotel reservations, provisions, etc). We will need to confirm that we will take care of each little detail. You will also receive a list of what to bring with you.
