We are looking for an Accountant who can strengthen our accounting team. 

Objectives of this role: 

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records 

  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed 

  • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them. 

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable 

  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers. 

  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings 

  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns 

  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager 

Required skills and qualifications: 

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance 

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 

  • Excellent command in English 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 

Preferred skills and qualifications 

  • 2–3 years professional experience in a similar position 

  • Working knowledge of ERP software (preferably Soft1)

We are seeking a Bank Reconciliation Assistant to support the accounting team by assisting with the reconciliation of bank statements and company records.  

Objectives of this role 

  • Prepare and perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations. 

  • Compare company accounting records with bank statements to ensure accuracy. 

  • Identify, flag, and report discrepancies or unusual transactions. 

  • Communicate with internal departments and banks to resolve issues. 

  • Support the resolution of unmatched items and follow up with relevant departments as needed. 

  • Maintain and organize reconciliation documentation and supporting records. 

  • Enter data into financial systems accurately and in a timely manner. 

  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to bank accounts. 

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the finance team to ensure deadlines are met. 

  • Perform other general accounting support duties as assigned. 

Required skills and qualifications 

  • High school diploma  

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry. 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Good organizational and time management skills. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data. 

Preferred skills and qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

  • Prior experience in an accounting or administrative support role is an advantage.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate eager to join Operations team in our head quarters in Alimos-Athens. 

Objectives of this role 

  • Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance 

  • Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with procurement and accounting departments  

  • Monitor and coordinate operational activities of company’s fleet and charter bases 

  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs 

  • Handle claims and damages 

  • Ensure legal compliance with local and international regulations 

  • Conduct budget reviews  

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. 

  • Willingness to travel, as needed.  

Required skills and qualifications 

  • Technical knowledge on yachts 

  • Experience in yachting 

  • Organizational skills, including time management 

  • Project management experience 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent communication in English (written & verbal) 

Preferred skills and qualifications 

  • Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role preferably in yachting industry
