Day 1: Kos → Kalymnos (~18 NM)

Day 2: Kalymnos → Leipsi (~19 NM)

Day 3: Leipsi → Arkii (~8 NM)

Located on the southeastern edge of the island, Tiganakia is one of the top spots for swimming. Marathi island in particular is one of the lesser-known gems of the Dodecanese; an unspoiled paradise.
Day 4: Arkii → Patmos (~10 NM)
