Ingredients:

• 50ml Mastiha liqueur
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 10ml honey (dissolved in a little warm water)
• 50ml sparkling water or tonic
• Lemon slice & basil leaf for garnish
• Ice

Instructions:

1. Fill a glass with ice and add the mastiha, lemon juice, and honey.

2. Stir well and top up with sparkling water.

3. Garnish with a lemon slice and basil leaf.
