Ionian Mojito

A Greek twist on the classic mojito, using tsipouro!

Ingredients:

• 50ml Tsipouro (without anise)
• 10ml sugar syrup or 1 tsp brown sugar
• 8-10 fresh mint leaves
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• Soda water
• Lime slice & mint leaves for garnish
• Ice

Instructions:

1. In a glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice.

2. Add the tsipouro and fill the glass with ice.

3. Top up with soda water and stir gently.

4. Garnish with a lime slice and mint leaves.
