Ingredients:
• 10 fresh mint leaves
• 3 cucumber slices
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 10ml honey or sugar syrup
• 100ml soda water
• Mint sprig & lime wedge for garnish
• Ice
Instructions:
1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves, cucumber slices, and lime juice.
2. Add honey (or sugar syrup) and fill the glass with ice.
3. Top up with soda water and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
