On board haute cuisine on our open-for-viewing luxury yachts. Either a stylish private dinner aboard M/Y Can't Remember, a series of exquisite and overly Mediterranean lunches aboard Chef's Competition 3rd place catamaran Sameli, or aboard our newest power-catamaran D2, the extravagance was over-flowing the port of Nafplion.

5 out of 8 awards for this year's MEDYS

On the topic of gastronomy on board, our crews managed to score a multi-win of 7 out of 8 awards on this year's Chef's & Tablescaping competition. 

This years Chef's competition theme was "Cooking the Orange". This year, we paid tribute to the wider area that has been hosting the show for years, Argolida and its rich lands, renowned for its picturesque capital Nafplion and most cherished treasure, the orange. This year’s competition elevates this iconic fruit to the forefront. 

 You can't have grade A+ yachting services without some very exquisite dishes.

Arguably one of the most popular & mouth watering events of the Show, Chef's Competition provides the chefs of the attending yachts with a wonderful opportunity: to showcase their skills and bring their creativity to the table in front of the jury of 3 culinary experts. Challenging the participating chefs to celebrate this iconic fruit by crafting their finest main course dish, elevating the orange to the star ingredient.

This year we also had the unique pleasure to host two pioneers in their respected culinary field awarded with 2 Michelin stars. Chef George Papazacharias of Delta Restaurant in Athens accompanying Chef Luca Piscazzi, Executive Chef of Pelagos Restaurant at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens.

Along with the Chef’s Competition another beloved tradition of MEDYS is the renowned Tablescaping Competition, where they vie to create stunning table settings that complement the culinary creations. Table-Scaping: In literal form Table-Scaping means an arrangement of tableware and other beautiful objects on a table. Be it vintage plates, sculptural glassware, print-loaded linens or exclusive glazed ceramics it takes a rather long and detailed procedure to present a quality silver service decor.
