As part of this year’s World Boating Day 2026, Istion Yachting organized a dedicated “Sail & Clean” initiative, bringing together members of our team for a meaningful day at sea focused on environmental action and awareness.
Departing from Alimos and sailing towards the Saronic Gulf, our crew visited a secluded beach accessible only by boat, carrying out a coastal cleanup mission aimed at protecting the natural beauty of the Greek coastline and marine ecosystem. The initiative combined the spirit of sailing with a shared responsibility toward the environment we live and work in every day.
At Istion Yachting, sustainability is not treated as a standalone action, but as an ongoing commitment integrated into our company culture and daily operations.
Participating in World Boating Day was another opportunity to reinforce the importance of environmental awareness, teamwork, and respect for the sea that connects us all.
Through initiatives like this, we continue encouraging responsible yachting practices while actively contributing to cleaner shores and healthier marine environments for future generations.
