The application of this Quality Management System encompasses the full scope of the company’s operations and ensures:

• the identification and elimination of any non-conformities or deviations arising during service execution
• the establishment of trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders through the consistent delivery of services that meet the highest quality and technical standards

To this end, the company’s Management undertakes to provide all necessary resources and to ensure the proper implementation, documentation, monitoring and review of its quality objectives.

Istion Yachting, guided by its commitment to maintaining high-level services and protecting the environment through the implementation of eco-friendly practices, has established an Environmental Management System in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. Through the implementation of this system, the company is committed to:
• Ensuring the continuous monitoring and control of all company operations, identifying and eliminating any deviations
• Assessing all issues that arise during its operations with regard to potential environmental impacts
• Promoting environmental awareness and responsibility among all employees, encouraging the adoption of environmentally friendly practices
• Building trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders by delivering services that meet the highest quality and technical standards
• Providing appropriate training and information to staff on environmental matters relevant to their duties
• Reducing waste volume through recycling and the reuse of materials, where feasible and economically viable
