At this year’s MEDYS 2025 Chefs’ Competition, Istion Yachting delivered a standout performance that won over the judges, and the spotlight. With our chefs taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in Category A, we didn’t just participate - we made culinary history.

1st Place – S/Y Meliti
Chef George Elekidis impressed the jury with a masterfully curated menu that balanced tradition and innovation. Each course told a story of flavor, finesse, and originality, capturing the spirit of the sea and the essence of fine dining.
2nd Place – S/Cat Azul
Chef Audeline Pitre wowed with refined, elegant dishes layered with complexity and creativity. Her signature twist offered a fresh take that delighted the judges and showcased her artistic flair.
3rd Place – S/Cat Serenity
Chef Antony Pazianas impressed with a vibrant, well-executed menu that showcased both creativity and cultural depth.





The competition was judged by some of the most esteemed names in the culinary world:
Chef George Papazacharias of Delta Restaurant, Greece’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant, and Chef Luca Piscazzi of Pelagos, the one-Michelin-starred gem at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens. Their discerning palates and global experience made the recognition even more meaningful.
