Greek Yogurt
Mousse with Fruits

A light, sugar-free dessert - perfect for summer days on board.

Ingredients

• 250g strained Greek yogurt

• 2 tbsp honey (or sweetener of your choice)

• 100g cold heavy cream (35%)

• 100g whole grain biscuits, crushed

For Serving:

• 150g sugar-free jam

• Fresh red fruits (e.g. berries, cherries, strawberries)

• ½ cup crushed pistachios (optional)

Instructions

1. To make the yogurt mousse without sugar, place the yogurt in a bowl and add the honey or a sweetener of your choice. Mix the ingredients and keep the mixture in the fridge.

2. Place the cold heavy cream in a clean bowl. Using a whisk or hand mixer, whip the cream until it thickens.

3. Add the whipped cream to the bowl with the yogurt and continue mixing gently until the mousse is smooth and well combined.

4. Serve in individual glasses and add a layer of crushed biscuits, a spoonful of jam, a layer of mousse, and garnish with fresh red fruits.

5. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

6. Refrigerate for two hours to chill before serving.

Tip: You can also prepare it in a single bowl and serve with a spoon into smaller dishes.
