For a quick and satisfying meal, try a light and flavorful Pasta & Salmon dish. This dish is quick to make, requires minimal ingredients, and brings a taste of luxury to your nautical adventure
All you need is:
• 200g (7 oz) pasta (linguine, penne, or your choice)
• Salmon 500gr
• Cherry tomatoes150gr
• Garlic 1 clove
• Olive oil 1tbs
• Sour cream
• Salt & Pepper
• Water from pasta 1 cup
Instructions
• Mix all ingredients well and leave the dough for 10-15 minutes
• Cut the dough into pasta
▪️ Put the pasta into boiling water for 5-10 minutes
• Keep one cup from the pasta water and set it aside
• Cut the salmon into cubes
• Add garlic and oil into your hot pan
• Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them in the pan
• After 2 minutes add the salmon and let it cook for 5 minutes
• Add the sour cream and the water from the pasta
• Add salt and pepper
• Add the pasta
• Mix well
• And top it off with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
