A Garides Salad paired with fresh strawberries is a perfect choice for such an occasion. This light and refreshing dish combines succulent shrimp with a crisp, citrusy salad, making it an ideal lunch or appetizer for a warm day at sea.
All you need is:
• Shrimp 500gr
• Olive oil 2tbs
• Garlic 1 grated clove
• Strawberries 150gr
• Arugula 250gr
• Quinoa pre made
• Cucumber
• Salt and pepper
Instructions
• Marinate the cleaned and deveined shrimp in a bowl with olive oil and garlic for 10 minutes
• Cut the strawberries into a bowl mix them with sugar and lemon for 5 minutes
• Fry the shrimp in a hot pan and set them aside into a salad bowl put the arugula with the strawberries and the cucumber.
• Add the shrimp and the quinoa and top it off with salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
