Chocolate Mosaic

A no-bake chocolate log with biscuits, walnuts, and a hint of orange - a nostalgic favorite for all ages.

Ingredients

• 250g melted butter

• 200g powdered sugar

• 50g unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1 pinch of salt

• Zest of 1 orange

• 100g chopped walnuts

• 250g petit beurre biscuits

• 50g cognac

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the salt, orange zest, and walnuts. Stir to combine.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the biscuits with the cognac, gently crushing them with your hands.

4. Add the biscuit mixture to the cocoa base and fold everything together.

5. Lay out a sheet of parchment paper, spread the mixture into a log shape, and roll it tightly. Wrap the log again with plastic wrap, twisting the ends like a candy to shape it evenly.

6. Chill in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours until firm. Slice and serve cold.
